user name and password not authenticating

I am trying to set up IP Smarters on a firestick and the system keeps telling me my user name or password is invalid. I have triple checked my user name and password and they are correct. I have tried using JPTV.Net and nxtv.zone neither work.What is the correct URL to use and why doesnt recognize my user name and password?
